Purpose of the Site

All IMS project managers and coaches are experienced private-sector senior managers committed to fully supporting their client’s performance improvement efforts.

When on site, our approach is characterised by a high level of collaboration between the IMS project manager and your management team. We combine well-tried methods with a creative and flexible style which ensures that each intervention is appropriate for your needs.

However, we also believe that it is not always necessary to support your efforts through being on your premises and this is why we created this site.

This site is for you if you require change management expertise but do not require any onsite support. For instance:

• You are coming to the end of an IMS project, or want to keep the number of consultant ‘on-site’ days to a minimum
• Geographical restrictions or other resource constraints prevent an IMS visit
• The time may not be right for you
• You may be thinking of embarking upon a changing programme, but unsure of what to expect, or what steps to take
